One example of a way we “give our fish” is through the creation and sale of handmade items. We take donated fabrics and materials, and through the coordinated efforts of volunteers, we create one of a kind handmade items, which are exchanged for a specified donation. Those funds are then used to do things like build orphanages, churches, or schools, to install fresh water wells or gardens, to implement learning programs, or host women's conferences, just to name a few.
Our name is Fish Company because we believe that just as He did with a boy and his fish, God will take our small offering and multiply it to do more than we could ever ask or imagine.
Fish Company was birthed out of our families life long desire to not only have the compassion and empathy of Jesus, but to live that out in our every day life. Our love for missions and the people that make up the Kingdom have provided a venue through which we can walk out the Biblical concept of being the hands and feet of Jesus.
