Fish Company partners with ICM to build much-needed churches, hope centers and orphanages around the world. In 2014 ICM launched the Women’s Initiative. The Women's Initiative, led by CEO Janice Rosser Allen, is intent on empowering other women to make a difference in this world. We achieve this by encouraging women to use their gifts and talents to help those in need. Fish Company is honored to be a part. The funds raised at the first Women’s Initiative in Virginia were used to build the Madicherla Church/Orphanage in India, led by Pastor Dara Yosepu. Madicherla is a village in the Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, located in Bapulapadu mandal of Nuzvid. It is roughly 9.87 square miles and has a population of 10,000.
